Choosing Next Sense

To support its long-term sustainability goals and progress toward a Paris Proof building, Vastint partnered with Next Sense to monitor and manage the performance of The Hill. Through our Monitoring module, they gain real-time insights into energy consumption, indoor climate, and system behavior - helping identify inefficiencies, reduce operational costs, and maintain high comfort levels for tenants. With data as a foundation, Vastint is taking a proactive approach to optimize operations and move confidently toward their 2030 targets.
